Hi my name is Tony and I own the Jim’s Antennas franchise in Hillarys, Perth, WA Having emigrated from Zimbabwe in 2002, my family and I spent our first 10 days in an apartment overlooking the beautiful Hillarys Boat Harbor, and what an inspired choice that turned out to be. We soon fell in love with the area, and within 3 months had settled into our own home, and purchased our own business – Jims Antennas Hillarys.
After nine years and having made over 9000 visits to local customers helping them fix their TV and home theatre problems, (with the odd visit to the beach smuggled in between jobs), I feel as though I have become an integral part of the local community. I look forward to continuing to serve this community for many years to come. I spent 18 years in the IT industry that helped me to develop a strong attraction to home entertainment and home theatres.
I aim to provide the level of customer service that I expect from a qualified tradesman in my own home. This includes, politeness, punctuality, efficiency, and tidiness whilst at the same time, being able to offer value for money.
